Answer: WPC stands for Wood Plastic Composite, a hybrid material made from wood powder and PVC resin extruded under high temperature.
Unlike MDF or solid wood doors, WPC doors are 100% waterproof, termite-proof, and fire-retardant, making them far more durable in humid or tropical environments.

2. What is the internal structure of an East Shine WPC door?

Answer: Our doors feature a sophisticated multi-layer construction: a 0.16mm high-quality PVC film on the surface, followed by a 2mm± WPC door skin.
The interior consists of a 45mm± wood skeleton reinforced with either PU foam board or honeycomb paper for superior sound insulation, and a 6cm waterproof PVC board at the bottom for maximum moisture protection.

3. Which product series do you offer?

Answer: We primarily offer two high-performance series:
- WPC PVC Film Series (Molded): Features a wide variety of colors and textures with high cost-efficiency, including models MP-1001 to MP-1004.
- Full WPC Door-Painting Series: A premium line with a smooth, painted finish for a high-end aesthetic.
